National Insurance
For people working or volunteering overseas

Do you want to keep up National Insurance payments while you are overseas? We are able to act as your agent if you are a volunteer or worker in development and mission. For many developing countries there is a special concessionary rate available - Voluntary Development Worker - which preserves most UK benefits while you are away and is far cheaper than paying full rate in arrears when you return. You would need to be officially designated as a Christians Abroad 'volunteer'.

Click on that and the details of the scheme for those working overseas is between pages 13 and 18 - with p18 suggesting you complete a form which is on p36 and 37.
