Required Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Nursing / Midwifery or qualification as a Medical Doctor. Public health degree desirable. Experience: 1 year of working experience with Medair as a minimum or with another relief / rehabilitation organization as a minimum; 1 year of management experience; Experience in training / mentoring staff; Experience in financial management.
