Significant international field experience in managing and implementing Water and Sanitation programmes for IDPs in rural and remote environments; Experience in vector control, hand dug wells, bore holes, and water storage, water treatment, tankering and harvesting; Experience with SPHERE Standards, donor reporting, log frames and project management tool English fluency required, proficiency in Arabic desirable but n essential.
