Travel, baggage, health and accident Insurance for Christians Abroad volunteers and associates.

We believe it is essential that volunteers take adequate insurance when working internationally. You must have travel insurance in place before you travel. Christians Abroad has teamed up with Endsleigh to offer our volunteers and associates policies which has been specifically designed to meet your requirements.

In partnership with Endsleigh Travel Insurance our volunteers
have an excellent range of insurance policies to choose from. 

 

Each policy includes:-

• Personal Accident cover

• Repatriation cover

• Baggage cover

• Personal Liabilty cover

• Overseas legal expense

• Cancellation or curtailment charge cover

• Over 80 sports and activites covered as standard

• Voluntary manual work cover including hand held power tools

The gap year policy allows you to add cover for manual work and if you are a volunteer who resides in British Isles or any other part of the European Union cover can be provided. There are also options available for volunteers who are aged 65 or over. Our policies cannot be bought directly from Endsleigh as it caters for the specific types of voluntary work organised or supported by Christians Abroad.  If you are unlucky enough to have to make a claim, Christians Abroad work closely with Endsleigh’s claims team with the aim to resolve it quicker than if you were travelling independently as they are fully aware of trip details from Christians Abroad.

GROUP MANUAL WORK AND TRAVEL POLICY FOR VOLUNTEERS: If you are organising a work party to work in Europe or elsewhere and you need Manual insurance or insurance to cover voluntary work for your party, Christians Abroad can now offer that to you with a travel policy and with a group reduction. CHRISTIANS ABROAD VOLUNTEERS OR ASSOCIATES: All Christians Abroad volunteers and associates are asked to take out insurance immediately before or after purchasing airline tickets. Once you are accepted as Christians Abroad volunteer or associate insurance is included. There is no extra charge; the cost will be met out of the donation towards the project and its costs that you have already made.

FOR THOSE VOLUNTEERS 65 YEARS OF AGE OR UNDER
