LONGER TERM MEDICAL INSURANCE WHILST RESIDENT OVERSEAS

Agency for Health Care International, for individuals who wish to work internationally for mission and/or development and require longer term illness, accident and emergency cover. VOLUNTARY DEVELOPMENT WORKER NATIONAL INSURANCE FOR UK CITIZENS

Agency for HMRC, payment of VDW NI contributions for those international workers and/or mission partners who are normally UK resident working for development in countries recognised by DfID and HMRC as eligible. These contributions are at a reduced rate and protect certain benefits on return to the UK, including UK Pension entitlements.
