For those who prefer not to use on-line methods or who have no access to a computer, Christians Abroad can make the arrangements. Since this requires paperwork both for Christians Abroad and the insurance provider, the costs are slightly higher than for on-line applications.

For those not beginning their journey in the UK we have an alternative policy, which covers medical costs only. The cost is currently £25.48 per month for those under 65, and £53.24 for those over 65. (For periods of up to 17 days the rates are £15.24 for people up to 65 and £29.16 for those over 65. There are special rates for children (up to 23 years if in full-time education) of £18.75 per month.

For those involved in manual work we have an alternative policy. It covers medical costs only for those engaged in manual work (helping in construction work, etc). Current rates are £45.16 per month and £25.08 for up to 17 days. Please note: this policy only available for people under 65. Young people (up to age of 23) in full-time education have special lower rates.
