Help the victims of war in DRCongo

The Peace and Conflict Resolution project in DR Congo is looking for volunteers to work with people affected by recent conflicts. Cost: One month approximately £3000.
The project, based in the EasternCongo town of Bukavu near the Rwandan border, needs practical help building wells and medical camps as well as giving care and counselling to adults and children affected by poverty, disease and trauma. French is commonly spoken but is not an essential requirement. There are four programs needing volunteers:
Social care, dealing mainly with women and children.
Conflict resolution.
Agriculture and Conservation.
Sport and Art.
Cost: One month approximately £3,000. This cost is inclusive of administration, preparation and air fare, visa, insurance, food, accommodation, transport costs while at the project. and review on return.
